Terms and Conditions

As a thank you for registering on our site, we are giving away an iPod Nano to one lucky winner! To qualify, you must register on our site by June 14, 2009. One entry will chosen at random from all entries received on June 16, 2009.

1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. You must be attending a school in Guelph, in Grade 7 or 8, and you must be participating in the VIP+ Program.
3. Students must be in good standing and attending school during the contest.
4. Only one entry per day is allowed per eligible individual, but you are free to submit one entry every day until June 14, 2009. Multiple entries submitted on the same day will be disregarded.
5. One entry will be selected at random June 16, 2009.
6. The winner will be notified through their school via the principal.
7. The Guelph Police Service reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. By accepting their prize, the winner agrees that The Guelph Police Service, and all officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of The Guelph Police Service, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, user or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway.
